BOOKINGS – Experiences
We advise that you pre-book your experience as timings are strictly subject to availability. You can book online at www.rideleisure.co.uk by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or with our customer service team, by calling 01480 213100. When booking your experience online, you can use the online booking system to choose the date, time and location that suits you best. Alternatively, you can buy a Gift Voucher. Choosing a Gift Voucher allows the booking of the experience to be made at a later date. The purpose of the Gift Voucher is so that you can give it away. So if you can’t use it, feel free to pass it on to someone else – as long as they meet the requirements of participation.
Ride Leisure vouchers will be delivered by email to the address entered at the time of purchase.
To redeem a Gift Voucher visit rideleisure.co.uk and enter your supplier and voucher number in the ‘redeem voucher’ window. Choose the date and time of your experience, and add it to your basket. Proceed to the checkout. When you get to the payment stage the Gift Voucher will be applied and the balance due will reflect this. You will receive a confirmation of your booking once you have placed your order.
Ride Leisure Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Experiences must be booked and confirmed prior to the expiry date. If the voucher is not used before the expiry date (and has not been extended – see Extensions below) the voucher will be deemed invalid and void.
It is possible to extend or re-validate your voucher prior to the expiry date for a further period but this is subject to the discretion of Ride Leisure, and will incur an administration fee.
- LOST VOUCHERS
If you have lost your voucher, please contact email@example.com providing as much information as possible so that we can try and trace your booking. We may be able to send you a replacement voucher assuming your original voucher has not been redeemed.
If you have accidentally duplicated a voucher request, please contact us immediately and we will refund the unwanted voucher, minus any transaction costs we may have incurred provided you notify us within 7 days of the transaction. However, if any duplicate or unwanted vouchers are used, we will process the associated payment.
A refund can be made if your email voucher is returned within 7 working days of purchase and if the voucher has not been redeemed. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to purchase the activity minus any transaction costs incurred in the order process. Once the Gift Voucher has been redeemed and a time and date has been booked, the experience is subject to the same cancellation policy as stated in the Cancellation section.
