To purchase one of our experience vouchers simply click on the vouchers menu on the home page, select your desired activity and proceed to the checkout. once you purchase your voucher it will be emailed to you by our automated system.

How Far In Advance Can I Book?
We currently accept bookings 6 weeks in advance via the phone. Our new on line booking system will be live soon and will allow all booking options direct on the website.
What's The Minimum Age To Get Involved?
Children of all ages are welcome at Ride. We have full baby changing facilities for the very little ones, a children’s playground by the Cafe suitable for 1 to 7 years, and on sunny days a bouncy castle for the under 16’s. From 6, kids comfortable in open water can try wake boarding or water skiing, and Instructor Rides on certain experiences.
I'm Worried About Safety. What Procedures Do You Have In Place?
Your safety is our main priority. We provide all necessary safety equipment and training. Be it wakeboarding, water skiing, hovercraft or 4×4 , our qualified instructors will ensure you get the most out of your experience, while at all times keeping you as safe as possible. All our equipment is regularly serviced and inspected daily. We work closely with the council and other approved bodies to keep health and safety standards as high as possible.
What Days Are You Open?
Our Watersports Season runs from April until November but we are pretty flexible with that.
Do You Supply Equipment & Clothing?
We provide wetsuits and buoyancy aids to beginners interested in learning to Wakeboard or try Waterskiing for the first time and we have a selection club boards and skis for use including a wake surfer for those looking to get test their board skills while Wakesurfing. we have wetsuits available for our jet ski customers and we provide helmets and intercoms for our hovercraft experiences and head protection for all our 4×4 experiences.
Do You Offer Refunds?
We do have a refunds and voucher extensions policy of which the latter incurs an administration fee of £20. We will provide a refund if no other solution is available.
How Can I Book my Experience?
Currently just give us a call and we will let you know availability. We are developing a brand new booking system to facilitate all experiences via the website.
Is Your Online Shop Secure?
Our online purchases are through a secure gateway to paypal where you can confidently complete your transaction.
Do You Offer Group Discounts?
For larger groups we build bespoke activity days to suit. Feel free to get in touch and we will be more than willing to provide a quote.
Is There A Viewing Area For Friends & Family?
We have ample viewing areas overlooking both lakes for friends and family and our club house is a great place to shelter from the wet weather if you are unlucky enough to get caught up in a shower.
